I had this: I did this: I downloaded & reinstalled the Realtek Audio Drivers from the Dell website, which uninstalls b/4 installing. Now the AMD Streaming audio devices (Mic + speakers) are showing as "not connected". Wonder if this will help? I can't get it to lock up, but the owner can.

I just ran the hardware test on the Dell support site and it says everything's fine....but I will go find my memtest86+ flash drive and try running that.
