I get this type of pop-up now with memory integrity turned on.
Autoruns is awesome, lots of stale references to clean up and unneeded garbage starting for no reason.
How do I figure out which service?
I can't see anything pointed out in the Event Viewer.
I never had any anti-malware installed and am very suspicious of this file now.
I deleted old drivers to be able to turn on memory integrity.
It complained about old unused drivers and I deleted them.
Some of them were old orphaned sys files. I also found one old sys file called amsdk.sys and I deleted it because nothing should be using it.
However when Windows boots...
I keep on getting these errors:
"The system firmware has changed the processor's memory type range registers (MTRRs) across a sleep state transition (S4). This can result in reduced resume performance."
Hibernate is disabled so I don't know why I get these and how to find the issue.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
I tried and failed with way more complicated ways of doing this, like making USBs with ISO on them ...
This worked well and the PC is now on the latest beta.
