I manually resize the windows, the issue is sometime I need to switch to Windowed Fullscreen and then return to Window and I would like a way to "automatically" resize that window to the whole space of the monitor except the taskbar.

Got it thank you. I made a mistake... I have the issue with a game in window mode (Guild Wars 2), the double click on Title Bar works with a browser's window, instead changes the game from window to Windowed Fullscreen and so the Taskbar goes behind the game. With Windows 7 I was using the game...

The window goes in front of taskbar, I want the window placed on the taskbar... something like the image attached :D
