Brink, will Disable-Bitlocker MountPoint “ C" work offline? I have a customer that has no idea how bitlocker was even turned on so they done have a recovery key and it's not even found in the email associated with the computer. Is there away to disable bitlocker while using boot media possibly?

I'd be using Dataram Ramdisk which allows you to save the image at shutdown and loads the image at startup. I have the ramdisk setup as a folder instead of a drive also. And I can always make a script that copies the folders that runs at startup as well

I read fifa 23 is a cpu intensive game. I'd try replacing the thermal compound and see if that makes a difference and if it doesn't try a different cooler and see if the problem continues.

Yes. I meant too put external keyboard not external hard drive. I even ran diagnostics that asus offers and there's no errors. I've tried switching ram, trying 1 ram stick, trying m.2 only, trying 2.5 ssd only, to trying m.2 and a 2.5 ssd, external keyboard, Malware bytes, windows defender...
