for some reason my screen isn't properly sized and some of my bottom task bar is being cut off and the scroll bar on the right is also cut off. i messed around with the settings in nvidia control panel to adjust desktop size and position nothing solves the issue. any ideas?

no, disable blocking downloading files sounds nice. that's probably what i did before. to confirm, turning this off only blocks prompts about running "untrusted" files and will not completely disable defender, right?

i don't know what i did, but i know i did not turn off windows defender. if there is something on my computer, and i click it, i want to run it. i'm not a toddler. windows needs to know it's place and stop asking me, are you sure?

i did something before on my previous computer that stopped windows from asking me "do you want to open". when i clicked the iso it just brought me straight to the directory of the iso without treating me like a child and having to confirm if i want to do something.

it's asking you, do you want to open this file? that is what i want to go away. even when i uncheck that box, always ask before opening this file, it's still asking me do you want to open this file?
