I have no idea about all those steps :/
I used Rufus 4.1 and have installed Tiny11 (NoSysReq) prolly about 15 or 20 times. The regular Tiny11 keeps giving me swappiness errors so I switched to NoSysReq and havent had any issues ... just make sure you do a "Win to Go" type install. Works on...
