This isn't working for me. I get the message "The term 'replacefoldermask.cmd' is not recognized..." I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "ensure that your current folder is the Resource Hacker Folder." Do you mean I should open, say, PowerRun/CMD in the folder itself?
Would really appreciate it as this is driving me crazy. Had thousands of folders I'd selected thumbnails for only to have Windows 11 cutting off half of them and stretching them horizontally.
