It’s like there is something wrong with this update. The UI in Windows when you open and close programs is lagging a bit. Like there is a slight delay after the mouse click before the window goes away or opens almost as if the cpu usage was at 100% but it’s not. But it doesn’t affect games...

Mine is not. I was previously on 4770 too. My sfc and DISM scans have no errors. Windows update says I’m up to date. The KB downloaded and installed and rebooted the machine and said updating. Winver says I’m on 4946 yet there’s no record of it. Weird lol

This update installed quickly for me and all scans are fine. But in reliability monitor and update history in settings there is no record of this KB being installed. The last record is the 7/22 KB. I haven’t experienced any instability issues with the build. In my opinion I would think they would issue a pretty much immediate fix if their own update causes their own file scanner to say there are errors in the OS especially in a release preview build about to released to the masses. Or...
