Honestly, this TXT file takes up such a miniscule of space on your drive -- I would leave it be... If you change anything in this file you might make your drive unbootable. That is why Windows disabled the delete function for those entries. It is highly difficult to manually repair a boot...

Follow the steps I posted in my thread posting here. Just make sure you know to get your Pro Key(s) from a reputable source. I got mine on Amazon.

You have the Multi-edition SETUP.exe ISO. SO, all you have to do is purchase a Window 11 Pro key & follow those offline steps I gave to you for Windows 11 Pro install... Cheers!

If you do not have a viable clean exFAT formatted USB drive I would make one & put that ISO on it. I would reinstall a clean version of Windows 11;  offline. Then follow those steps I posted. Cheers!
