we are using Crowdstrike but that doesnt seem to be the issue. I have a configuration with SCCM and a configuration with Autopilot. Both using Crowdstrike. SCCM one doesnt have the audio issue, Autopilot one does.

This is the same exact issue we are having here.... can someone provide me links to where you are getting this Maxx Audio pro software and what versions of the realtek audio you are using? we are using these plantronics c3220 usb-a heatsets and either loose audio and the mic still works or...
