I changed the size (not the transparency) after the last update, see posts above. I probably used ViveTool v0.3.2, as Vivetool v0.3.3 seems to be a recent update.

Ok. My bad. I was in the PowerShell, not the Command Prompt. Vivetool is now working (y) and I have my small taskbar back. A big thank you to all who helped out. All much appreciated.

The previous posts talked about making the taskbar transparent, not smaller. I didn't understand the last comment or even realised it was relevant. Maybe somebody can explain in simpler terms. l'll recheck the folder, but I'm sure it's in there.
