    Yes, and Yes... I ran it independantly on all drives, (Admin Yes), and rebooted... No Change.

    Thanks but i believe i stated i ran that multiple times, even on the drives singularly to make sure they were benchmarked properly. No Change.

    Here is one i just can't figure out. I have many hard drives in my machine.. Only 1 Rotational Sata HDD. Main drive m.2 ssd, then 3 gaming SATA Samsung SSD's, 1tb/2tb/2tb. Samsung Magitian shows Trim is available on all of them. Windows Disk optimizaion shows them as an HDD, not an SSD, so...
