I have decided to use the smallest arrow in the mouse settings although I prefer a larger one and that gives me an text cursor that looks likes the old one in Windows 10. I appreciate your help though.

I opened it in a new link and it said it changed the registry but I still have the text cursor.

I have saved the Reg file ( it is named Unconfirmed 799153.crdownload) to my desktop but when I double click on it, it just says select an app to open the file. Help.

I have a new windows 11 laptop. I have gone to the settings page where you can turn off that horrible text cursor. But when I click on OFF it doesn't turn it off.
