Newbie here, please be kind. On Windows 11 Home with latest patch as of Sep 4, I tried to open "Sign-in option" thru /Settings/Account/Sign-in Option/. But it takes one minutes to open! No event log has been taken relative to this incident. Reboot does not help. BTW, I use password login...
