for me, in a network office context, this section is relevant, but so are my quick accesses (in icons, faster than the nav menu on the side). I'm also interested in their insights-based proposals... but for now, I just hope updates on it

Just uncheck the third box (Display recommended), it works for me, quick access is back. What's sad is that you can't get both : its quick access OR recommended. That's a strange choice.
