It seems that the issue is solved.
Did nothing but update the KB5037591 and KB5035942 which came a few hours ago.

Same here.
Manually installed update didn't solve the issue.
Everything else found (here +/- online) and tried lead to same result.
Like I said. No big deal. I've already paused updates for 1 week. Will see.

What's funny is that this troubleshooter that you mentioned didn't find any updates to hide!!! :)))
