4.6) On your host machine, open Disk Management (right click Start > Disk Management)

Just taking a stab, but have you sysprep/generalize Windows first? I believe that it is required in order to capture an install.wim from an installed (running) image.

Repeat for each XBox instance.
This didn't give me any errors, so I hope it works for you.

Hi Brian,
I see that you have your timeout period is 5 seconds. Try increasing it to 10 or 20 seconds. This might avoid your PC automatically booting into an OS.

There is one simple fix: Open File Explorer and then click on Options under the View tab. At the top of the Options window (Genera tab) click on the drop down arrow and select This PC (see below), then click Apply and OK:

I use Desktop Restore: http://www.midiox.com/zip/DesktopRestoreInstall.exe. It has a small footprint and does just what I need, restore my desktop. It is integrated into the desktop context menu. Simple to use.
