UPDATE: Well after several hours interacting with the copilot prompt and trying a crap ton of different things, eventually it determined that I had to do a OS repair with an IOS from Windows Insider Program (technically it was uupdump.net cause I kept getting denied access to the Insider...
Thanks for the response. I tried all the different solutions, with no luck, but some things of note:
Solution 1: There were no hidden devices under Bluetooth, nor was there a separate Bluetooth LE Devices expandable item.
Solution 2: There was no Bluetooth folder in the specified location...
At some point in the last 2-3 months, I think I did something while tweaking my Bluetooth Headphones' settings that made the battery remaining percentage disappear. To be clear, it used to show up but now it doesn't. See the Treblab Z2 square in the below screenshot.
I don't know what I did...
