Also noticed Win + P doesn't work intermittently.

I am having the same issue with Quick Settings with click. It works sometimes. Always works with Win + A. SAB up to date. Ran DISM/SFC scans and no issues reported. Never had this issue before this update. As I was typing this message I saw new update. Same issue after update as well.
