    Not musch software as os install is new. Pretty much stock with few additional software (libre office, vlc, paint.net, gimp...). No customization utility. Where is the point of disabling visual effects?

    Latest. I am usin DDU to clean install drivers. Also i found out its happening with onboard graphics card too (i5 14600k). So its not graphics card or drivers. Strange.

    I had this "bug" on previous installation. Today i decided to do full clean install. And right after new installation i get same bug that i cant figure out what causes it? I have latest drivers for my system, latest graphic drivers (RX6800XT). And as i said installation is fresh from clean...
