    So some combination of editing the IconCache file size and doing the things in this Rebuild Icon Cache in Windows 11 Tutorial fixed the DLL file icon but the pdb file icon is still missing

    I have solved my issue. So I had two sticks of memory in slots 2 4 I moved them to 1 3 which my motherboard has labeled as FIRST. My issues are completely gone.
