Agree, usually leave alone if working. I wasn't clear on this issue, we tried updating since it has been broken for a while, the 5G network only shows up now and then.
Installed these on the Acer with AX210 adapter and still can not see 5G network for some reason. Driver did install.

yeah have never used the Realtek audio. for headphone listening with the laptop I use a USB DAC. I gave up on it, too many hours on this. I may reinstall windows at some point. Thanks

messed with this for hours for a couple days now. rolling...
Nice find! I rolled all the Intel Smart Sound drivers back one at a time, rebooted and same thing. reinstalled the latest and nothing. I can look for a restore point, don't think any of these drivers were updated recently. I do see optional Realtek drivers in Windows Update.
yes, used Samsung update and all up to date. all other BT devices work fine. Appears to be Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth audio.
very latest Intel drivers installed.
when I hit test the meter moves, just no sound. it's connected.

Samsung 13th gen intel laptop came with Windows 11 home, upgraded to Pro.
no sound from Sony Bluetooth speaker, both have BT 5.3. first time installing this speaker. works with my phone.
tried uninstalling Intel Bluetooth, latest driver etc. speaker connects fine, just no sound.
How long has V8 been out now? I was also hoping for a discount on one-time purchase. I do not need another subscription.
Do they release new versions about once a year? Always worked well, happy to support.
speaker is BT 5.1, laptop 5.3. chkdsk found some errors see what happens.
so just drivers from other BT devices that are not connected. interesting. I remove them and they come back after boot
new Samsung laptop, Win11 Pro 22H2 22621.1778, BT 5.3. cutting out a bit with my bluetooth speaker. many unknown BT devices, maybe since I plugged in my Pixel phone?
