Hey sorry I thought it was fixed but its back again. I was thinking maybe feedback hub had something todo with it since it looked like it was trying to send feedback to micrsoft.

Hey everyone, I was able to fix it on my computer by resetting the FeedBack Hub App. You can reset it by searching for Feedback Hub, then right click on its icon under best match, then left click on app settings, scroll down and then click on reset.

I'm having the same issue but my configuration path is missing the Language Experience part. I think its because I'm in North America. This error started happening to me a few weeks ago but before then I didn't have any error messages when I resumed from sleep mode. Maybe it's a bug in whatever...
