Minor update... After moving the taskbar to the bottom (I usually have it at the top) I too am able to see the Task View previews and delete desktops, but the Task View still cannot be launched either by Win+Alt or by clicking the Task View icon in the taskbar. @fz789 @Edwin is your Task View...
