    Have the same problem...on one of my Win 11 PC's (24H2) I don't use Phone Link at all, yet CDEH was using 10-15% CPU constantly. I end-tasked it in the task manager which seemed to shut it down for good, even after a restart. I uninstalled it afterward. On another PC (also running Win 11 24H2)...
