That's exactly what it was, i had to allow the services and websites on my PC so it would work again. not entirely sure how it affected my windows update or microsoft store. if it was none of the services or websites

in the admin panel on 10.0.0.1 i had certain websites blocked and none of them related to microsoft at all so i’m not sure why it ended up blocking me from downloading windows updates and microsoft store apps.. and i’m pretty sure the no internet in safe mode is due to the websites and services...

well it wasnt really my ISP it was me who did it, i just figured it out, i blocked out a few websites and services a month ago and it just came to me, so i allowed them and boom now it works. not sure how all that relates to microsoft downloads and updates but oh well. i appreciate everyones...

and i did try the In-Place Upgrade but still gave me same errors.

on windows 10 now, still the same problem with windows update, and still same error code with microsoft store these are the same updates i had stuck on windows 11 except i was able to manually install some of them but still didnt fix anything and setupdiag just opens and closes after opening...

trying to find an ISO file to download because unfortunately the media creation tool program doesnt download anything either it just gets stuck at 0% forever

yep they're all set to 2, and disconnecting ethernet and using wifi doesnt help either. still super stumped on all of this

i dont get that screen in safe mode though, only in normal boot and im hardwired which doesnt make sense as to why i dont get internet connectivity

set everything the same as urs and still no connection in safe mode, and this is my device manager with hidden devices shown yes i have an ipv4 address and yes before im in safe mode i see my network adapter listed

ive even tried enabling WLAN in services but cant access services in safe mode for some reason unless i can and im doing it wrong

alright, well even after running that .bat file im still having the same problem. and this update has been stuck on downloading 0% since fresh install, along with 3 other updates that i've manually installed but they haven't helped the situation. and yeah its kind of weird

and in safe mode with networking it says im not connected to the internet and wont connect me to it, im on ethernet
