I have this too. I also have a Nvidia card. Probably something is weird with Windows 11 DWM and the Nvidia drivers. I think my drivers are from December, but I noticed it before that too. It doesn't happen too often for me.

registry path for the above images are for the description and display name. The imagepath should be correct which is the actual executable the service is running. MS just didn't update it. This would explain why it shows an error in the services view.

I did also have my initial update fail to download. I have Bitdefender on deny By default for the firewall and it denied the wuaucltcore in uus/preview and the update failed before I could let the rule through.
Rechecked dism after reboot and everything looks good now. (y)
