Was there a time frame on those BSODs? I will look into clean installing before RMA as it's not unuseable at the moment as I am using it now just Windows Updates are failing. Will clean install auto create new partitions required and which is recommended route to clean install ie via USB or...

I haven't installed the OS recently except when I first got the laptop around Jan 2024. Is this causing Windows updates not installing and/or lack of other partitions? Please see attached:

Going for the in place repair, does the AV need to be disabled for it work?
