That's why you pay for VPN services and got choose very carefully (no logs, etc.). Again, there are tools like this: VPN Comparison by That One Privacy Guy There are also tools to avoid or severely limit telemetry. It's a lot of effort, but worth it imo. I would not be using Copilot in 365...
