I wonder what they messed up, my base version was made from a v8457 pendrive, everything sterile clean 0 errors. Update and first attempts on v8524 DISM and SFC without errors, I even have a macrium image at this point. Then a few reboots of the laptop and it shows "parameter /Source" errors...

And so do I :-) I restored the Macrium 8547 backup, I did the updates again. The first time it didn't detect any errors, and after the restart, the errors appear.
