I like it. Most people don't.
I disable most of it. I only use the Cleaner and the Registry Cleaner.
They're both mild enough to be helpful, but not cause any problems.

I too have used it for long without any problems. But I feel it is becoming increasingly irrelevant with very little/ insignificant benefit today. Apart from the placebo effect, I am not sure if I have seen any performance improvement using it.

Besides, everything today is about data collection and spying. So I'm having reservations now.
