Hi All,
Currently on 22000.1281 (21H2 I believe). Not sure which patch it was but in the last few weeks my machine just shuts down when ever it goes to sleep. I've tried tweaking advanced power setting, setting hibernation to off, making the sure the hard disk doesn't go to sleep etc but I'm still struggling.
Hoping to install 22H2 directly from the MS site, Download Windows 11, and do a fresh install whilst keeping all my files. Effectively just forcing the 22H2 install.
I assume I just go with the first option, the Installation Assistant? I'm not looking to wipe my drive and start from scratch so I don't suppose I need a bootable drive/ iso?
I've had similar issues in the past with updates wrecking power management settings so just hope this will do the trick and that's not a hardware issue.
Any help would once again be appreciated.
