Good morning.
In 21H2 it was enough to go from control panel>devices and printers select the printer and send the shortcut to the desktop
In the 22H2 version a few things have changed, for example I can no longer send the printer shortcut icon to the desktop.
any ideas?
Thanks

Hello, :-)

You can open Devices and Printers using this below, and then create the printer shortcut.

explorer shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A}

If you wanted a printer queue shortcut, you can still use the method below in Windows 11, but open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners to see the printer names instead.
