Solved Accidentally uninstalled OneDrive, after reinstalling, can't login!!

I was managing multiple RDP sessions and accidentally uninstalled OneDrive from my own PC!! After installing it again, after I enter my email address and select "Sign in", I get the below screen. Then, I select "Personal":

Then, IMMEDIATELY I get the next screen. In fact, I get this screen whether I'm connected to the Internet or not:

Error Code: 0x8004deca

The first thing I tried was: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset. However, that didn't make any difference.

How do I fix this? I can't even find the error code online. I could do an In-place Windows 11 upgrade. However, I'm not sure if that would fix it or creating a completely new user profile.

NOTE: Deleting my current user profile and creating a new one is really not an option, unless there's a reliable step-by-step way I can follow to save all files/data associated with my current user profile and restore it to the new profile. And, I would only do this as an absolute last resort.

Anyway, I'm hoping the experts here have a solution I can follow.

Some answers please. Did you sign out of onedrive before uninstalling? How exactly did you uninstall onedrive? Did you unlink the PC first? Were your documents, desktop, and pictures default location in onedrive before you uninstalled it?

I just looked for OneDrive in my Start Menu and selected uninstall. Yeah, I know the proper way is to first unlink from PC first. I wasn't thinking at the time.

UPDATE: I actually figured out the issue and resolved it! I'm going to post the solution soon. It's actually an extremely rare issue (considering the error code has never been mentioned anywhere on the Internet). However, if this issue happens again to another person, they will be able to search on the Internet for the solution I posted here.

When typing your email address, do NOT use uppercase letters for the domain name. IT'S CASE-SENSITIVE!

I was typing mkanet@MYDOMAIN.COM. I had to type mkanet@mydomain.con instead. Otherwise, the weird error below happens:

On a decently written program, all alpha characters in an email address (c.f. different from URL requirements) should automatically resolve to lower case. It would seem Microsoft is incapable of doing this ....

Do you know how I can edit my original post to include: Error Code: 0x8004deca Otherwise, this forum thread will be completely useful for those searching for that error on Google. I don't have the ability to edit that post. Are the site admins here pretty responsive in helping me with this? I sent a message using the "Contact Us" link. However, I have this feeling it just went into the abyss never to be seen by a human.

There's no edit button. That's why I asked. The edit button for the OP is only available for 5 minutes or so something weird like that, then edit button goes disappears. I've had this issue ever since I created my account on this forum.

So, the 4th post would show up in google searches if someone searches for (Error Code: 0x8004deca)? I thought only the OP text shows up in Internet searches.
BTW: I cant edit the 4th post either.
