More than 38% of PCs run the 21H1 update of Windows and 1.3% are already on Windows 11.

Around 60,000 Windows 10, 11 PCs were surveyed.

Windows 10, 11 OS Worldwide History (PCs)

Over 90% of Windows 10/11 PCs are now on 2020-2021 versions of Windows.

Note: we don't have the data for the initial rollout of the first update to Windows 10 (1511, also known as Threshold 2). So it's a straight line from 0 to the first data point we have on August 22nd, 2016.
