go to about://flags and disable "Power bookmarks side panel"
I did this, however now the folder is named "other bookmarks". Any idea on how to get rid of that now?

Thank you so much for the solution.

They really should stop doing this, Microsoft already destoryed their Edge with these useless silly little functions
At least stop hiding the disable button

There is a faster solution as I was curious after reading the OP how to get it to show...
hit Ctrl+Shift+B on the keyboard to toggle it to show or hide.

All Bookmarks is back with latest update. There is no "Power bookmarks side panel" in the flags anymore.

Update
Never mind, I just right clicked on "Shopping List" and deleted it and "All Bookmarks" is gone, well for now. :-)

Go to chrome://flags/ and disable:

#shopping-list

#shopping-collection

I guess we have to just keep in mind flags are temporary.

ok I am running windows 11 pro and using Chrome Version 121.0.6167.161 (Official Build) (64-bit). they way I just got rid of that darned "All Bookmarks" folder on my bookmark bar was to go into bookmark manager. Go into "Other bookmarks" make sure it is empty. Then highlight it and 'cut' it. I hit delete. and POOF "All Bookmarks" is now off MY TOOLBAR!!!! hope it works for others.
