Hello folks,

I've been struggling recently to figure out where this color comes from or how I can change it.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information about it. I also couldn't find the color in the registry, unlike some other colors used by the Control Panel, such as the HilightColor or BorderColor keys.
The color in question is #60CDFF (RGB 96, 205, 255).

My windows version is Windows 11 LTSC 24H2

A couple of pictures will be more helpful.

With single selection, it looks like this:

1767260611810.webp

Multiple select looks like this:

1767260911105.webp

Does anybody knows how to find or change this color ?

Thank you very much in advance

Been like that for a while. I believe you can adjust it if you use StartAllBack, but I don’t use that so I can’t advise.
The colour changes depending on light or dark mode, from memory.

Awesome! That program makes the change I needed!

I don’t know if there is a more specific solution to achieve this without installing it or changing other things, but for the moment, it works!

Thank you very much @antspants

I had to uninstall this because it was causing other problems. Windows Explorer was crashing unexpectedly, with flickering issues and lag when opening or closing folders.

Does anyone know of another way to achieve this?
