Windows 11 Home(Beta) - 23H2 - 22635.3495
As the title indicates I'm looking for some decent PC games. Right now I have KSP(Kerbal Space Program) and EVE online.. I like both but I want another
one or two good games. Space or some kind of action game

I tried world of tanks but it keeps messing up and I get stuck in the garage section.
TIA
Jeff

Oooh goodie, You have the total war series of games which are some of my favourite.
Halo games, Cyberpunk, God of war, SIFU, Car mechanic simulator is pretty chill, Batman Arkham games were epic, especially the first one.
Dirt rally 2.0, F1, Assetto Corsa/Assetto Corsa competitizione
Horizon zero dawn. Resident Evil games they remade were awesome too.
Star wars KOTOR 1 and 2
gta definitive edition that has Liberty City, Vice City and San andreas. Great for nostalgia
Mass effect legendary edition and also andromeda was decent, Not the same level of 1-3 though.
Dead space 1-3
Kingdom Come deliverance was cool too.
Bioshock remastered series.
Hitman games 1-3 newer ones are unreal.
Deathloop, Resident evil village, Forza Horizon/Forza Motorsport (When the new one comes out whenever that is)
Guardians of the galaxy was fun enough, The forgotten city, Returnal
Days Gone, The ascent, Star wars the fallen order(Was ok nothing great)
Age of empires 4, The outer Worlds, Microsoft flight sim, No mans sky, Hot wheels unleashed
Tony hawk pro skater 1 and 2 remake.
The Assassins creed games too, Theres loads, Some are good some aren't so much.
Final fantasy 7 remake.
The division 1 and 2
All the gears of war games.
Detroit become human and Heavy rain
Sekiro shadows die twice
Theres a crapload more ofc, These just came into my head as i wrote em so sorry for the order xD
EDIT : I updated the list as i got going xD

You can never go wrong with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game of the Year. You can get both expansions with it on Steam for $49.99. They often have sales on it, though. This includes both expansions.

Oh, the Mass Effect series is pretty good as well. I loved them all. Of course, I'd go with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition if I had to go choose.

Are you looking triple A games? Older games? Game Style (RPG, FPS, MMORPG)?

I just finished playing Cyberpunk 2077 for the second time. Before that there was Mass Effect Legendary (trilogy). Currently Dishonored.

Also, if you have Steam you could look there. They always have sales and there are lots of games there - new, old, upcoming.

One of the greatest, and worst things to happen to gaming is YouTube

Good luck :)

    This is my backup system.
You can never go wrong with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game of the Year.
I have all three Witcher games with all the expansions and DLC, via GOTY editions, yet I've only played the first Witcher. Nothing wrong with the games per se, I just can't get the gameplay down. Maybe cause I'm still playing with a keyboard and mouse.

Whatever, I just can't seem to master the gameplay, and thus why I never finished the second game, and thus never got to the third :(

That said, I'll have to give them another try. Anyway, between ME and Witcher, I have to go Mass Effect. My review here :)

The first one is notoriously clunky. It was at the time and the time since launch has only made that worse lol, I'd skip the first one for that reason now I guess. The 2nd one is better in that regard but not perfect at all..Still rather clunky, epic game though. The third is where it feels its nicest and what it should have always been. But yeah I'd recommend and xbox controller for those. M and kb just aren't designed for some games.

Interestingly, I played better with the mouse and keyboard. I downloaded a list of key bindings. It was handy. I only had difficulties at the end of the Blood and Wine addon. That's just a tough fight, though. I like the quick keys for the spells on the keyboard. I guess it boils down to what you're used to using.

I have GOG installed and use it regularly. I look between Steam and GOG to see who has the best price if they have the same games.

It was actually the second game I tried first, and the one that made me run from Witcher. Later on, I got the first game, gave it a try, and was able to get through it with mouse and keyboard.

For Witcher 2, I remember seeing loads of post / threads where people were complaining about the Kayran boss fight being damn near impossible. And that was just the first chapter o_O

CD Red supposedly parched the game to make it easier. Before that lots of people (me too) gave up on the game due to frustration :(

Yeah, that definitely seems to be the case with Devil May Cry 5, I couldn't even get out the first mission. I just think its BS games are going this way, especially PC games!!! Seems developers are trying to push console stye controls even on those who use M & KB

Anyway, I'm still sticking to mouse & keyboard until I'm absolutely forced to get a controller. I don't even own any game consoles.
