I tried many from google all required to collect my credit card even to work for free. Is there any tool that can fill my pdf file form for free ? it is one time usage

Most times a fillable .pdf is furnished by a company or government office as an E-Mail attachment or as a Web page and will show the blanks to be typed in as the color gray or blue. The originator of such a form will have a program they use to create but may be relatively expensive, prohibitive for a single use. An example would be the required IRS 1040 form for filing taxes such as provided by TaxAct, TurboTax, etc., who have both free and paid filing choices. If you have the form might try opening in Edge , Firefox or get the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and install.

None of the software mentioned here helped filling this pdf file. only premium online tool that make you fill the forms then surprise ... they want your credit card !!

People that created the form seems used unstandard way they just say fill it on computer !!

it does not work , fields are uneditable in Acrobat DC Reader

They don't need to be editable, you just make a box and fill in the data where you want.

Are you able to download the pdf? If so then use a converter tool to convert it to Word format and edit it. Then in Word use 'save-as' a pdf again and send it back to them? If that's possible? Worth a try.

See Free Online OCR - Image to text and PDF to Doc converter but there are others. Do a search for 'free OCR tools'.

As is being said. Heres adobe Fill and Sign online free.
Adobe Fill and Sign FREE
Another thing. Is your file encrypted, or password protected or anything?
Right click it and see if you need to check the little box to allow the ability to open it.
