Solved anyone fixed event id 24687

anyone seen this and fixed it .. i actually never turned on bitlocker ever.. don't tell me I need another clean install cant find solution anywhere

yes when you do in cmd manage-bde -off c: or d: it says its off

I do feel this is somehow related to TPM. Because of the cpu you have listed I see you are running on incompatible hardware. Have you had this error since you first installed 11 or did it develop later?
There's absolutely no info about this event on the web is there? I'm at a loss, too. Make sure you do not have any file corruption. Run
sfc /scannow from a command prompt as administrator.

Other than that, all I can suggest is a repair install to see if it will make a difference. Sorry I have nothing else. Good luck.

last 4 days..not before didnt have any issues.. did all dism/sfc stuff

I'm just thinking here. That error points to a driver. Even though you are not using bitlocker, it is still integrated into the OS. Bitlocker uses the tpm chip and the tpm driver is part of your chipset drivers. IMO since it's pointing to a driver, it means the tpm driver because in my system there is not driver specifically for bitlocker, only TPM. (However, my system is fully compliant with 11 so I don't know if our situations would be the same)
Make sure there are no unidentified devices in device manager. Verify whether there is or isn't a separate bitlocker driver anywhere in device manager
In device manager-security devices-right click on your TPM, update driver, search automatically. Maybe you'll hit it lucky and it will find an update.
Also right click on your TPM-properties. Does it say "this device is working?"

In Windows Update-update history, did an update apply coinciding with when you started seeing these events?

As a last resort you can also reset the tpm to factory default and then windows will re-initialize it. You do this from within Windows, not the bios. This will reset everything stored in the tpm regarding bitlocker and will also reset your pin. I would definitely make a full system backup before doing this. See this to determine if you want to try it..

If it is indeed a problem with the TPM you always have to consider it could be failing.

Hopefully some of the other folks here who are using incompatible hardware will step in here.

Had enough of it did system image restore with macrium and no more error.. i have ocd with errors in event viewer i get pissed

Great. I do not know how old the backup was, but pay attention to any updates that apply. If trouble comes back, it would point in the direction of update. Please mark your thread as solved.
