Solved Audio drivers for the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (2022) laptop

I'd like to get the latest possible audio drivers for this laptop, the exact model for the F15 is FX507ZC4.

It uses both Realtek Audio with Dolby Atmos and Intel SST for Bluetooth and USB audio.

I'm asking this as I believe that the drivers that are on ASUS' website are out-of-date.

A bit of an update, I've identified the motherboard chipset to be an Intel Alder Lake-P PCH, does that have any leads?

I did try installing the driver, it threw an error code, saying that there's no supported driver in the driver package.

In CPU-Z, on the Mainboard tab... it tells you the chipset.

There is no north and south bridge anymore. They've been combined into one chip.

I've managed to identify the codec too, ALC3251, for Realtek, and ADL-P for Intel SST

Does your audio not work?


You really shouldn't mess with drivers if everything is working. ^^

Not with drivers. That is the road to... misery!

I'm still running a 2021 Audio driver. And guess what... the audio still functions flawlessly. ^^



You would not believe how many topics we see on here, because someone wanted the "latest and greatest" drivers.
And, in the process... messed up their drivers.


The only real things you should worry about are the chipset drivers and the BIOS updates.
AMD, Intel and Microsoft are constantly messing around with those... for security purposes.

So they DO need to be updated occasionally.
