According to reports online, CyberPower CP1350PFCLCD and CP1500PFCLCD UPS models are potential fire hazards. Recently a video was posted by a user showing one such unit go up in flames.

Yeah... "conductive" yellow glue doesn't sound like a good idea. :-)

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Man! You scare me, bought 2 units of these (CP1500PFCLCD) around a year-half ago and it seems to work fine 'till now but with this revealing I/we don't for how long.
I had 2 before dated from 12/2013 and it work pretty well until 11/2020 and it was replaced by the ones I mentioned above.
