blocking unwanted items on a page

say is there any chrome type extension or does win11 have a way to block items that always show up in emails? i used to use ublock origin but it seems chrome removed that one and gave us a different type of ublock and that one just will not keep the stuff i use the lighting bolt to remove away.

for example when i get an ebay email about a watched item and then i have something getting delivered on the top i know that is coming and i do not need to waste page space telling me that. so i used to use ublock origin to just plain block them and get more page, but now the new chrome ublock is not doing it. it will remove that area but then the very next email from ebay and it is back.

so what app or extension can i get to help with that?
