I have Roku and have to turn defender off to be able to access it with bluetooth, how do I remove the block? I know that an app can be added to allow through the firewall, but don't know which one.

I hate it when this happens, but I stumbled across the setting: Unchecked "Cast to device functionality".

You say "I have Roku and have to turn defender off to be able to access it with bluetooth"...
First I want to know..are you trying to access a Roku TV from a phone/tablet or from your PC?
or is it say an Android TV with a Roku Stick attached?
And what are you trying to do? Meaning use like earbuds to connect to the TVs bluetooth? Need a little more info and I/we here can help you for sure.

It is a Roku Stick + plugged into a standard Insignia TV, no android devices. Everything is working fine after making the change in Windows defender.
