Bluetooth connectivity problem

Dual-Boot Windows 11 / Ubuntu 20.04.3
Hello;
I have been searching for a solution to problems connecting BT headphones to my Windows 11 PC.
When I try to pair, it's hit or miss. Having a phone with BT enabled nearby complicates matters, even with headphones that support Multipoint.
My mobo is Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus WiFi.
My headphones are:
Sony WH-1000XM5
HiFiMAN Deva Pro with 'Bluemini' R2R BT receiver/DAC.

I have read several threads on this problem, and it appears that it's mainly Windows implementation of Bluetooth that causes it.
Would a USB BT dongle (transmitter) help?

Thanks for your help

Does it work on Ubuntu?
Thanks for the suggestion;
Happens that I have Ubuntu 20.04 installed on the same box as my Win 11.
Soon as I get a chance, I'll reboot into Ubuntu and check it out.
In the meantime, I have successfully paired both headphones (one at a time) to the PC. Seems that I had forgotten how to put the Bluemini into pairing mode. That said, I still have problems when I keep my phone's BT turned on while the headphones are paired to the PC.
Multipoint never worked properly between the PC and the phone, but honestly, I'm not expecting it to.

Good luck with that Ubuntu pairing.
