Bluetooth not working after reinstalling Windows 11

Hello,

Ive been trying to fix a unique issue related to my bluetooth headphones. I have just recently reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch, as I like to do it every year or so to clean up my personal computer. After reinstalling, my bluetooth headphones no longer work properly.

They are Soundcore Q20 headphones. After connecting to bluetooth, they will disconnect exactly 30 seconds after playing any audio.
I am using a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 motherboard.
I was still on Windows 11 before reinstalling, so I know they used to function on this OS with this motherboard. Heres what I have tried:

-Using every available bluetooth driver from the gigabyte website
-Switching to windows generic driver (it does not function detect devices at all)
-reinstalling Windows 11 again
-testing headphones on other computers and phones (they all work fine)

please let me know if there is any known way to fix this. I saw one other thread relating to the Soundcore Q20 issue and the solutions there did not work for me.

if Bt=Realtek then


Screw on the external antenna (should be included in the motherboard kit). For maximum coverage on one floor, it's best to position the antenna vertically so the signal propagates horizontally.

Please visit Microsoft Blocked Drivers List page and download the blocked drivers list. Your BT driver may be blocked for security reasons. Microsoft recommended driver block rules

Make sure you download the Bluetooth driver and install it as Administrator. To force install it, you can go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Windows Security, Device Security, Core Isolation details and toggle off both Local Security Authority Protection and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist.

2 Pairing
Have you tried unpairing then re-pairing them?

3 Reset
Have you done the reset procedure that, I assume, is specified in the Q20 user manual?
With my Q20i, reset is shown in the user manual

Disk cleanup, just for example, was once demonstrated as resolving as much system slowness as any Registry "cleaners".
