Skärmbild 2022-05-31 132614.pngRunning Version 22H2 (OS-version 22621.1) But this has happened all the time after upgrading to 11.

I get a weird bug. The text on some windows get all blurry but the blur goes away when hoovering over it with the mouse.
It happens all the time with widgets. It happens sometimes with other windows but ususally not when running things full screen.
Se the attached images, here from Docker Desktop.

I have an MSI 1070 card and ryzen 3600.

Have anyone a clue why? I've tried searching but only found solutions to other kinds of blurryness.

Cheers.

Based upon your Version number and Build number you must be in the Insider Preview, some things don't always work as expected. I've not yet seen that issue in the RTM/Released Version 21H2 Build 22000.708. Have you reported the issue as part of that Insider program?

Latest I've seen on Version 22H2 RTM it may be available in early September.

I haven't reported it, I'll do that.
And I'll look into getting a release version and se if it works differently. Thank you for your time.

You're welcome. I was in the IP when it was first called Technical Preview. Some time ago I was doing an update on my Win10 IP machine and it installed Win11 instead. Since it was an older computer it didn't meet any of the critical specs. and didn't work properly so not having a newer machine available for the purpose my IP is dormant. I do have one computer that will take a TPM module [if it can be found] but the CPU is old, a Core i7-4770, not on the list.

What is actually creating this display? Looks to me like a third-party app called "Docker" rather than Windows itself?

Docker is a third party app, indeed. It rarely happens with any third party apps but this time it did. But with the windows widgets it's like this all the time. I guess I should have used an image of that instead. But I got even more annoyed when it happened with other apps I actually use so I took a screenshot for once. Here's one from the widget pop up.

I don't call it a pop-up but I only see a temporary thing like that with the Widgets and hover of the mouse but understandable as it's still loading, not really a problem but could be with slower 'net connections and transfer of the data. And it is the same on Win10.

It's not that it's loading. It's actually clear and sharp for a second or so first. Then blurry. And, like mentioned above, when I hoover over it it's clear, then gets blurry again.
And pop up might not be the best way to describe it. It's always harder to nail the words when not writing in your native language.
