Hey everyone,
Im a support helpdesk worker and i got the task from my manager to figure out a way to make a bootable USB with 3 Windows 11 23H2 PRO version in 3 languages, Dutch, english and french. but they also have to work with their own specific answer file. i've tried to use E2B but i can't get that to work. is there a simpler or other way that i can put a USB in the laptop that i have to prep, choose the language, and let it run. and occasionally change the device name in the XML. later on it also has to install a series of standard programs like teamviewer, VLC, adobe reader, etc... i suspect this has to be done with chocolatey but if i can get the stick to work and have it autorun one do the 3 languages i'd already be a very happy.
so the task i do manually now when i have to prep a laptop is
Deleting existing partitions when prompted
Waiting for Windows to install
Answer questions for improvement and security ( always no)
Location, Language
make an admin user with password
change energy settings
install apps (chocolatey)
install office
install HPIA (we only prep HP)
update laptop and done
and i would want to automate this as much as i can. let me know if i'm delusional.
