You have to download it before you can install it.

In my opinion, if you're not sure about which browser to use, then stick to one or all of the BIG 3.
That is Edge, Firefox or Chrome.

This is the best advice for the OP.

Actually I advise OP just sticks to EDGE as it is automatically maintained and is built in to Windows.
