There's no real rhyme or reason behind my blue screen's. It probably happens once or twice a month. I've been ignoring it up to this point, but I'd love for it to stop happening.

Windows Build/Version
Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.795)

My Computer

The BSOD error, Probably caused by : PSHED.dll file. This blue screen error may occur for multiple reasons, including an incompatible or faulty device driver, missing or corrupted system files, outdated BIOS, defective hard drive, memory issues, etc.

Open the Command Prompt with administrative privileges and one at a time execute below commands.

Code:
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Sfc /scannow

Chkdsk C: /f

Important Recommended Steps
• Update all installed applications
• Uninstall currently installed device drivers and then install the latest version of the devices drivers.
• Install all the Windows important updates.
• If you are overclocking (pushing the components beyond their design) you should revert to default at least until the crashing is solved. If you don't know what it is, you probably are not overclocking.
• Use SpeedFan to monitor temperatures in computers, overheating can cause BSOD.
• Use Memtest86+ disc to check system memory's (RAM's) for errors.
• Use HDD Diagnostic Tool to check SMART health report of the hard disk drive (HDD).
• Use Prime95 to stress test your CPU
• Use 3DMark to stress test your GPU

Hmm... the description on that DLL is "Platform Specific Hardware Error Driver" and is a Microsoft file (version 10.0.22000.653). I'm not sure what I can do to fix/update that one.

The SFC and Dism commands repairs any corrupted Windows system files.

Thanks. I ran the commands.

SFC only found one problem:

2022-08-12 16:01:02, Info DEPLOY [Pnp] Corrupt file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\bthmodem.sys
2022-08-12 16:01:02, Info DEPLOY [Pnp] Repaired file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\bthmodem.sys

I'll let chkdsk run next time I reboot.
